And there wasn't any better way to start the new season than with a 2-0 success by the LCK's new dream group, SK Telecom T1.
Facing his former company of 2 decades, SKT's new AD carry Park"Teddy" Jin-seong finished the show against Jin Air Green Wings with mixed feelings. "I am quite happy, but in precisely the exact same time, really miserable since I overcome my previous staff," Teddy stated from the post-game interview. When asked what triggered this sense of ignorance, Clid called the next match. "In match two, I have caught out a few occasions," Clid explained. "I was not conscious of where my teammates were, and I was sort of anxious." However, while he made some errors in the next match, Clid needed a massive performance in game one, styling Jin Air together with his renowned Lee Sin pick. Nobody on Jin Air can escape Clid's Lee Sin since the jungler hit virtually every Sonic Wave. While they experienced a few problems in the first game as Jin Air discovered many kills throughout the laning stage, SKT were readily able to verify their successes in mid-game teamfights, together with Teddy shredding during the whole enemy group. Teddy finished game two with 83-percent kill involvement, making himself that game's MVP award. As two of SKT's new players, both Clid and Teddy have played (and won) their initial game together with the business since joining in November. What have both heard since joining the group, however? Well, obviously, they have found Lee"Faker" Sang-hyeok's love for puns. "My picture of Faker is gone," Teddy said. "I thought he'd only be a silent guy who only plays with games, but he also makes a whole lot of weird puns which are not actually funny." Clid confirmed Teddy's view on Faker's jokes, calling them unfunny. Puns aside, however, SKT will now prepare for their next game against Afreeca Freecs, which can be set to occur on Jan. 18.
